Programs: Supported Housing Program

• Outreach Services: Once a family/individual exits the Family Promise Shelter program and moves into permanent housing, the case manager follows the individuals through the outreach program. Family Promise provides support, advocacy, and access to resources, financial assistance, household items, food, and a solid support system to help maintain permanent housing.
• Community Services: Not everyone who comes to Family Promise is in need of shelter. Family Promise has been building a relationship within the community hoping individuals will feel comfortable enough to seek assistance before they reach the level of homelessness. Most of the Outreach Services are provided to members of the community.
